Brand New Eateries to Check Out in Los Angeles

Hot cheetos ramyeon in K-Town and an Italian deli in Los Feliz

Every week Eater LA compiles some of the more notable new restaurant openings scattered throughout Los Angeles. Find new places to check out in various neighborhoods from East to West, and from SGV to South Bay to the Valley.

Los Feliz— La Pergoletta has been serving Eastside denizens with pasta and antipasto for several years, but now the Italian restaurant that took over the Dumb Starbucks space is expanding next door to open a sister concept, La Pergoletta Deli. Locals should be lucky to have the casual, counter-service establishment in the neighborhood with an easygoing menu of paninis and Italian grocery imports. 1800 1/2 Hillhurst Ave, Los Angeles

Fairfax— A nice new amenity to the massive apartment complexes on West Third surrounding The Grove is B’Koah Cafe, a laid back all-day spot that serves from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. The menu reads much like a diner, with classic omelets and griddle items alongside a full roster of espresso drinks. 6009 W 3rd St, Los Angeles

Koreatown— Another day, another counter-service establishment popping up in K-Town. This one is dubbed CUP’S, and as the name would intimate, serves the majority of its food in bowls. So there are the standard rice bowls with things like spicy pork and fried fish, but also Korean style ramen known as ramyeon. Order the noodle soup with toppings that include hot cheetos, popcorn chicken, mozzarella cheese, and spam. 3064 W 8th St, Los Angeles

Downtown— Los Angeles is most certainly a taco town, which makes it notable when a burrito specialist opens up in these parts. The Spring Street Arcade’s Guadalaharry’s Burrito Joint is now slinging a simple menu that doesn’t stray too far from a tight collection of burrito variants, like the Mexico City with steak, black beans, nopales, and Oaxacan cheese. 541 S Spring St, Los Angeles
